Relaxation, well-being: Sun for the soul high above Hanover, on the 17th floor of the Congress Hotel am Stadtpark, in the “Panorama 17”. A refreshing swim in the pool is followed by relaxation in the saunas and tanning in the solarium. After a drink and a snack at the bar, with a view over the Eilenriede to the Deister, Hanover (and the world) looks quite different!

Sauna
Two Finnish saunas (90°C), a steam sauna (45°C) and an infrared sauna (60°C) serve as a refreshment for the soul and body. To cool off, enjoy the (almost) limitless freedom in the outdoor area – beautiful abysses open up here.
Or dive into the swimming pool. And to calm your pulse after the view and fitness, you can go to one of the two relaxation rooms.

We are happy to spoil you – for your health, relaxation and well-being, a small refreshment and a snack at the bar are a must. After all, the philosophy of the holistic includes balance – losing pounds, gaining joie de vivre.
And what could be more natural than to immerse yourself in a relaxed atmosphere, with nice people or in peace and quiet, delicious juices, freshly squeezed or healthy sources such as muesli and yoghurt.
