Registration

Please register by email at reservierung@congress-hotel-hannover.de and request direct access information to our online customer database as a “Reward Guest” to earn reward points.

Access data with our personal password will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Before your first arrival, you will receive a confirmation of your participation in the Congress Hotel Rewards Program and a request regarding your personal preferences (e.g. non-smoking room, second pillow, etc.).
By accepting our confirmation of participation you also accept the conditions of the “Congress Hotel Rewards Program”.

Book your room online and conveniently with our Best Price Guarantee.
You will receive at least 10 bonus points for each night that you have booked exclusively via our homepage, stating your access data. You collect the bonus points in your online customer profile, where you can view them at any time and redeem them for free overnight stays in our hotel.

Conditions of participation

Bonus Program
1. A registration (inclusion in the online customer file) is required in order to participate in the “Congress Hotel Bonus Program”. You can do this via reservierung@congress-hotel-hannover.de or by checking in at the reception. You will receive the access data as soon as possible by e-mail.
2. Your signature on the form confirms that you accept the conditions of the “Congress Hotel Bonus Program”.
3. The “Congress Hotel Bonus Program” is valid for individual travellers. Excluded are legal entities and travelers of companies that have concluded separate agreements with the hotel.
4. It is only possible to collect bonus points if bookings are made via your own access to the online customer file. No points will be credited subsequently for bookings made directly or via other booking channels in the hotel.
5 The bonus points are not transferable.
6. If the “Congress Hotel Bonus Program” is misused, the hotel reserves the right to immediately block the access data and all rights, in particular saved points or already issued bonuses, expire.
7. Changes of address must be notified to the hotel immediately.
8 If you lose your access data, please contact the hotel so that you can receive new access data.
9. Every guest is responsible that our “Congress Hotel Bonus Program” is used in accordance with the guidelines of company travel guidelines.

Bonus point distribution

At least 10 bonus points for each overnight stay. We will credit the bonus points to your online customer file, which you can view using your customer number and password.

19 points for an overnight stay in a double room Superior
25 points for an overnight stay in a Junior Suite
30 points for an overnight stay in a penthouse suite
You receive 35 points for each referral of the program to friends, acquaintances or colleagues. Your colleagues must enter the name and customer number of the referrer in the “Special requests” field when making their first reservation.
