For bookings for adults with more than one child please contact the reservation department. There are extra beds and baby beds available.

Information requirements for package travel

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package tour within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Here or via the attachement you can access the legally prescribed “Form for informing the traveller about a package tour in accordance with § 651a of the German Civil Code”.

You can withdraw from the contract at any time before arrival, partly against payment of an adequate compensation – see AGB IV. 1-3 Payment of the regular travel price is made at the hotel.

We are obliged to point out that the travel arrangement presented here is generally not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. Please contact us in individual cases.

With regard to our information requirements on general passport and visa requirements, we would like to point out that entry is possible for citizens of other EU countries with an identity card or passport without a visa. For participants from non-EU countries the entry regulations usually differ and we ask you to inform your consulate in advance about passport and visa requirements as well as the health formalities. We will be happy to help you if you wish, according to the information you provide.
