In the HCC Parkrestaurant we do not only spoil you with a fresh cuisine from mostly regional food, partly in organic quality, but also want to do justice to the culinary preferences of each guest. Thanks to our modular menu, you can put together your own perfect meal from a wide range of ingredients: A vegan or vegetarian basic dish thus is, according to preference, extended with fish, meat or poultry specialities or simply enjoyed completely without animal products.
In addition to your personal comfort, we also care about our offspring. Some of our kitchen and service staff are still in training, but as junior staff they already bear an above-average amount of responsibility. Their opinions and decisions carry weight and their performance is convincing because, as we know from many years of experience, everyone only grows as far as their tasks allow.
